HyperStat Online Textbook - This is an online statistics textbook that covers everything from describing data to ANOVA and Chi Square tests.  There are also many other links to various statistics references and books. 

Animated Statistics Demonstrations - This course page should be useful for anyone taking introductory statistics.  Aside from notes and other text based material there are various animations of statistical methods and step by step animated walkthroughs. 

Introductory Statistics Tutorial - This is an easy to use, easy to understand statistics tutorial with special attention paid to finding and using correlation coefficients.

The CUWU Statitics Program - This page hosts a JAVA based applets that run in your browser.  There is a basic statistics program that performs basic statistics, histograms, "split" histograms, scatter plots and regression calculations.  There are also two other programs that simulate drawing cards from a box and poker hands.
